Imagine doing a leg extension with bodyweight, because basically that's exactly what's happening. 
	Note: The more you &quot;limbo&quot;, i.e. lean back when going down, the harder it gets and naturally, the more upright you stay, the less painful the ordeal. :)

					<description>I have a Konica-Minolta (Z20, I think). Without extra light, the picture would be much darker than that. And even grainier. ;-/
	Tip for sissies: Keep the line between your shoulders and knees as straight as you can. It's going to feel a bit as though you're limboing... :)
